Outside Fun

These first three pictures are of the kids outside helping Daddy fix the car. Both of the belts broke or shattered. Thankfully it was a Thursday night because didn't have to work the next day and was able to fix it so I would have a car for the following week.

It has finally been warm enough to let the kids go out and play for a little while in the afternoon. It has been so exciting. They have been loving it after being pent up all the time. Nathan comes home after work and goes to run on the treadmill, which is on our back porch, and lets the kids run around and play. Fortunately, Kevin, the guy we are renting from, left a swing set in the backyard and the kids love it.

We also pulled out the golf set. Colvert has always loved golf and we wanted to try it out with Rianne. She seemed to take to it pretty well also. When it was time to come in she wasn't happy at all.

This was a very good picture opportunity. Rianne had her hands on Colvert's head and was leaning forward when I wanted to take the picture but as soon as she realized what I was doing she quit to give me a smile.PHOTO OP! Very cute!!

Cute Kids

OK, so the kids were all dressed and pressed and ready for church and they decided that it was time to wrestle around on the floor. I couldn't resist getting a picture but as soon as I pulled out the camera they were both ready to pose.
Colvert thinks that he always has to be in the way and in charge of everything. Well, he wouldn't move so Rianne could get by him. She in not quite good enough at walking over or across anything so she decided to just climb over Colvert. Then she just decided to plop her but right down on top of him and not move. Colvert was screaming and crying until I saw it and started laughing. The minute I brought out the camera he was done crying and ready for a picture.
I couldn't resist putting this on the blog. Rianne wanted Nathan's hat on her. She was having the hardest time trying to figure out how to put it on. Nathan put it on for her a couple of times until she figured it out on her own. She looked so cute. Who could resist that picture?

Update on Colvert

Colvert's wound has been healed for quite a while now so here are pictures of his new lip.
