Halloween

My kids were so excited for Halloween. Last year, however, we could not get Colvert to help carve the pumpkin and this year he just dug right in. Rianne reached in a couple of time and only brought out a seed or two and then decided she was done.

Rianne was our little princess. It took me so long to get her hair up and styled to work with that crown. He hair is getting very long but it is so thin and fine that I couldn't get it to stay in place. But it turned out great. She looks so cute.
Colvert was supposed to be a ninja but after looking at that mask, Nathan and I both thought he look more like Hannibal Lecter. He now wears that mask everywhere.
Bailey was snow white. She was to young to care but she looked so cute.
We went to our trunk or treat this year. These are just a couple of ladies from the ward. I really like both of their costumes.
Now this is the most origianl costume I have ever seen. Elmer's Glue. I loved it.
These decorations were my kids' favorites. Rianne liked watching the little skeleton in the cage dance. Colvert went to walk by the hanging skeleton and it started dancing and scared Colvert to death. He jumped so high I about died laughing.
I like this chicken costume, too.
The second cutest baby at the trunk or treat (besides Bailey, of course).

All 3 of our kids at the trunk or treat getting anxious to go get some candy.
Trunk or treating fun.
After we did the trunk or treat we went to a nicer neighborhood by our house (because ours isn't very comforting after dark). We hit about 20 houses. Well, this is like a richer community so they got handfuls of candy at a time plus full size candy bars from quite a few of them. The kids had a blast though.
